Bright berry acidity with matching acidity. Melons, juicy, balanced, syrupy body. Long toffee finish with

soft astringency.

✅2020 Comment

J1:Unripe nectarines and cointrau. Grape, sweet, phosphoric acid. Clean fruit sugar sweetness. Clean. Lingering sweet citric aftertaste.

J2: Med tending towards light body upfront Med/High acid Low/Med bitterness Unripe nectarines sweetening on second sip Green grape Finish short and clean leaving a hint of candied orange.

✅水果盒在開發時來自於一段當初味道的「承諾」，只因為一杯有著柑橙、伯爵茶、花蜜、滿滿果香的ESPRESSO及奶咖啡，但當時的咖啡文化大部分都是以中深烘焙為主，要找到一杯淺烘焙的配方並不多見，但因為一個人一句話「我喜歡喝」，在經過近一年的時間從生豆特性到烘焙設定，就這樣的完成了這組配方比例，一個來自於「70%和35%的配方密碼」及風味平衡協調，因為所使用的都為精品級的生豆，在品管上只能不斷的測試及找尋以維持配方風味的穩定度，雖人事以非，但這樣的堅持依舊停留來自於那時間，那句話，一支獨一無二直火烘焙的水果盒。

而現在這一支配方同時也在2020年拿下國際賽的冠軍及金奬，您也想品嚐這一支，當初味道的「承諾」嗎？
