J1: Blueberry ice cream, hazelnut sweetness, blackforest chocolate, molasses. Very good!.

J2: Strong cut through with up front fruit flavour of blueberry, long lingering sweet berry fruit aftertaste


在國際評委的評語以、藍莓冰淇淋，榛子、黑森林巧克力、糖蜜、持久的甜漿果光聽到風味的描述是否口水都快流下來啦，金牌超級咖啡的配方來自於三個不同的處理法水洗、日曬及厭氧而國家分別來自於瓜地馬拉、哥倫比亞及衣索比亞，在測試了好多個版本的組合，最後才選出其中一個自己最喜歡的比例參賽。


當知道得金牌時我們便開始將店內保留的同批次配方豆及烘焙曲線，制作量化的測試，現在己封測完成。
